Our traditional sponge cakes are made with no fuss ingredients yet perfectly balanced to give you moist and tender layers with a little bounce.
We offer different flavor profiles from your traditional vanilla & chocolate sponge to more diverse flavors like ube, pistachio and lotus biscoff.
Our chiffon cakes is characterized by its light and soft texture. Folded carefully into whipped egg whites, it gives a moist and tender crumb yet lighter and more delicate than our traditional sponge.
Our SMBC is made fresh and in-house and comes in a variety of flavors. It is light, slightly sweet and smooth and pairs delightfully well with any traditional sponge flavor.
It is room temperature stable making it perfect for cakes that are meant to be displayed for hours at a time.
Custard is more of an old-school type of traditional filling, giving the cake a type of richness that would take you back to your grade school birthday cakes. While they may be too traditional for others, they are a treat for many.
Pairs well with simple flavored sponges such as Vanilla and Chocolate.
